When the Suicide Squad heads to the Soviet Union to save Nemesis, President Reagan calls on the Justice League to intervene.
After Nemesis is captured by the Soviets in a botched Suicide Squad mission, Batman insists the JLI go to Moscow to hear his version of what happened. This leads to a run-in with the Suicide Squad who are on a rogue mission to rescue Nemesis.
